WHEN BOOKING: Please fill out all required information and sign up for appointment reminders. Email reminders allow for enough time to reschedule your appointments, and text reminders have information on how to get into the building. Once all of the required info is given, an email confirming the appointment is sent to you. Health history and consent forms must also be filled out prior to arrival.
LOCATION: TLMT is located right beside the Fox Theatre in the arched doorway.
CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a standard 24 hour cancellation policy in effect, any appointments that need to be cancelled within that timeframe will be charged the full appointment fee.
